ISRAEL RACE DRIVERS (israelracedrivers.com) הוא אתר שעוקב אחרי נהגים ישראלים במרוצים בעולם. אנחנו אוספים רק את המידע שצריך כדי להפעיל את האתר ולשלוח תזכורות למי שביקש. אנחנו לא מוכרים מידע, לא משתפים אותו לצורכי פרסום ולא מציגים פרסומות.
איזה מידע נאסף
- הרשמה והתחברות (עם חשבון Google או עם מייל וסיסמה): שם פרטי, שם משפחה, כתובת מייל, דרך ההתחברות ומועד ההרשמה. את הסיסמה מנהלת Google (Firebase Authentication), והיא לא נשמרת אצלנו.
- הנהגים שבחרת לעקוב אחריהם (⭐) והאם ביקשת לא לקבל מיילים.
- הרשמה לעדכונים במייל בלי חשבון: כתובת המייל ומועד ההרשמה.
- טופס "צור קשר": השם, המייל וההודעה שכתבת. ההודעה נשלחת אלינו דרך השירות EmailJS ולא נשמרת באתר.
- מונה "מחוברים": בזמן שהאתר פתוח נשמר סימון זמני שאתה נמצא באתר. אצל משתמש רשום הוא מקושר למזהה החשבון, ואצל אורח הוא מספר אקראי. הסימון נמחק כשסוגרים את האתר.
- נתוני שימוש דרך Google Analytics: אילו דפים נצפו, מאיזה סוג מכשיר, מאיזו מדינה ומאיפה הגעת לאתר. הנתונים מוצגים לנו רק כסטטיסטיקה כללית ולא מזהים אותך אישית. Google Analytics משתמש בעוגיות (cookies).
- העדפות בדפדפן שלך: למשל אילו ימים וסופ״שים פתחת או צמצמת ומתי ביקרת לאחרונה. ההעדפות נשמרות רק במכשיר שלך (localStorage) ולא נשלחות אלינו.
למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע
- כדי לשלוח תזכורות במייל לפני מרוצים וסיכום של כל סופ״ש, רק למי שנרשם ולא ביקש להפסיק.
- כדי להציג לך את הנהגים שאתה עוקב אחריהם ולזכור את ההעדפות שלך.
- כדי להבין איך משתמשים באתר ולשפר אותו.
- כדי לענות להודעות ששלחת.
איפה המידע נשמר ומי מעורב
- Google Firebase: מסד הנתונים וההתחברות.
- Google Analytics: סטטיסטיקת שימוש.
- Google Apps Script ו-Gmail: שליחת מיילי התזכורת והסיכום.
- Netlify: אחסון האתר.
- EmailJS: שליחת הודעות מטופס "צור קשר".
- Telegram: קבוצת התזכורות היא קבוצה של טלגרם, ומי שמצטרף אליה כפוף לתנאים של טלגרם.
לא נמסר מידע לאף גורם אחר, אלא אם החוק מחייב זאת.
כלי הניהול ונתוני Google
מנהל האתר משתמש בכלי פנימי שקורא, בהרשאת קריאה בלבד, את הנתונים של האתר עצמו מ-Google Analytics ומ-Google Search Console: כמה גולשים נכנסו, אילו דפים נצפו ואיך האתר מופיע בחיפוש. הכלי פועל רק עם החשבון של מנהל האתר, משמש רק להצגת סטטיסטיקה למנהל ולשיפור האתר, ולא קורא מידע מחשבונות Google של גולשים.
השימוש במידע שמתקבל מממשקי Google והעברתו כפופים ל-Google API Services User Data Policy, כולל דרישות ה-Limited Use.
הזכויות שלך
- הפסקת מיילים: בכל רגע, בקישור ההסרה שבתחתית כל מייל. משתמשים רשומים יכולים גם דרך הכפתור "🔔 תזכורות מייל" באתר.
- עיון, תיקון או מחיקה של המידע עליך, כולל מחיקת החשבון: שלח בקשה בטופס "צור קשר" שבתחתית האתר, ונטפל בה.
- עוגיות: אפשר לחסום או למחוק עוגיות בהגדרות הדפדפן. האתר ימשיך לעבוד.

In short
ISRAEL RACE DRIVERS (israelracedrivers.com) is a site that follows Israeli drivers racing around the world. We only collect the information needed to run the site and to send reminders to people who asked for them. We don't sell information, don't share it for advertising and don't show ads.
What information is collected
- Sign-up and sign-in (with a Google account or with email and password): first name, last name, email address, sign-in method and sign-up date. Your password is managed by Google (Firebase Authentication) and is not stored by us.
- The drivers you chose to follow (⭐) and whether you asked not to receive emails.
- Email updates sign-up without an account: the email address and sign-up date.
- "Contact" form: the name, email and message you wrote. The message is sent to us through the EmailJS service and is not stored on the site.
- "Online" counter: while the site is open, a temporary marker shows that you're on the site. For a registered user it is linked to the account ID; for a guest it is a random number. The marker is deleted when you close the site.
- Usage data through Google Analytics: which pages were viewed, from what type of device, from which country and where you came to the site from. We only see this data as general statistics, and it does not identify you personally. Google Analytics uses cookies.
- Preferences in your browser: for example which days and weekends you expanded or collapsed, your display mode and language, and when you last visited. These preferences are stored only on your device (localStorage) and are not sent to us.
Why we use the information
- To send email reminders before races and a summary of every weekend, only to people who signed up and didn't ask to stop.
- To show you the drivers you follow and remember your preferences.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To reply to messages you sent.
Where the information is stored and who is involved
- Google Firebase: the database and sign-in.
- Google Analytics: usage statistics.
- Google Apps Script and Gmail: sending the reminder and summary emails.
- Netlify: site hosting.
- EmailJS: sending messages from the "Contact" form.
- Telegram: the reminders group is a Telegram group, and anyone who joins it is subject to Telegram's terms.
No information is passed to any other party, unless required by law.
Admin tools and Google data
The site admin uses an internal tool that reads, with read-only permission, the site's own data from Google Analytics and Google Search Console: how many visitors came, which pages were viewed and how the site appears in search. The tool works only with the site admin's account, is used only to show statistics to the admin and to improve the site, and does not read any information from visitors' Google accounts.
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your rights
- Stopping emails: at any time, using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. Registered users can also use the "🔔 Email reminders" button on the site.
- Viewing, correcting or deleting the information about you, including deleting your account: send a request through the "Contact" form at the bottom of the site, and we'll take care of it.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will keep working.
Changes to this policy
If the policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new update date.
